The Social Subcommittee of the Academy is organising a Sharing Session by Architect and Visit to the Hong Kong Palace Museum that is scheduled for 28 July 2024, Sunday afternoon.
Our invited speaker, Mr. Freddie Hai, will host a sharing session at the Academy and then take us on a tour around the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Mr. Hai is currently a Director at Arup Architecture Team with over 30 years of design and contract administration experience. He has been the project-in-charge on many iconic projects. Most notably, while in his previous employment with the renowned Rocco Design Architects Limited, Mr. Hai was the Project Director for the Hong Kong Palace Museum, the New Museum Annex Building of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the VIP Lounge at the Hong Kong International Airport, and the Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. He is also active in the local architectural and institute matters and has been appointed for several committee posts by the government.
