Be cautious of the traffic near the Academy Building

Please beware that the Grantham Hospital located near the Academy is undergoing a massive redevelopment project with major construction works underway in full scale.

It is anticipated that there will be increasing number of heavy trucks and long vehicles transporting materials to and from the construction site along the road just outside the Academy Building in the coming months. The hospital and the contractors have posted signages, arranged traffic control to direct vehicles and designated crossing points for pedestrians. Nonetheless, the Academy would like to strongly remind Fellows, trainees and all visitors coming or leaving the Academy Building by car or on foot to be extra cautious of the road conditions and be alert for their own safety.
