New CME / CPD Principles and Guidelines 2023-25

A revised set of CME / CPD Guidelines has been approved and become effective from the beginning of the current cycle.

The key changes include the addition of ‘performing trainers’ duties’ as an accreditable CME / CPD activity under Section 6.8 (apart from “conducting examinations”). A maximum of 10 points can be awarded to recognise trainer’s role. Besides, the Academy’s ‘Guidelines for CME Accreditation of Online Activities’ is added as an Appendix.
