Survey on the Adoption of the Hong Kong Reference Framework for Preventive Care for Older Adults and Children in Primary Care Settings

The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong is conducting a survey on the Adoption of the Hong Kong Reference Framework for Preventive Care for Older Adults and Children in Primary Care Settings, and would like to invite Fellows to make a submission.

Purpose of the Survey:
1. To assess the level of adoption and awareness of the above-mentioned Reference Framework among Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) in various healthcare settings.
2. To evaluate factors associated with the adoption of the Reference Framework, including barriers and facilitators.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Please be assured that all responses are confidential, and the survey is completely anonymous. The study has been approved by the Survey and Behavioral Research Ethics (SBRE) (Ethics Number: SBRE-23-0157).

As a token of appreciation for your time, participants will receive a HKD 200 supermarket coupon upon completion of the questionnaire. Additionally, if you wish to earn CME points, you can proceed to the second part of the survey, which consists of reading an article and answering five multiple-choice questions.
